Great Property

My family and I recently had a wonderful stay at the Twelve Suites. It's centrally located and within walking distance to the center square, which is so convenient. The place is new and immaculate. The property manager, Athina, was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be coming back again!

Gem in Kefalonia

Every aspect of the stay was immaculate. Host was present at the first floor office during business hours ( and our arrival) to greet us amd show us. Property was clean and spacious. Location was ideal for exploring the city with ample parking across the street. Daily cleaning service was a nice touch. It was great to come home to a clean kitchen amd rooms after a long day at the beach. Athina the host checked on us daily. Needed to print some documents for work amd was able to walk down to her office and instantly connect to her printer. Thank you twelve suites kefalonia

Amazing stay!!

From the booking process to the check out and throughout the trip everything was amazing. The place was very clean - there was daily cleaning with fresh towels and making of the beds - which was so nice. The staff was so friendly and often checked in to see if we needed anything - it was like living in a hotel! They thought of every detail like having USB outlets next to each side of the bed, which was so convenient. The location was perfect! Very Close to the main town square and the view of the sea. We loved watching the ferry boat to and from Lixouri come in and out throughout the day. The parking was across the street from the building and although it was a public parking lot too we never had an issue finding a spot. Athina is the greatest host you’ll ever have with her friendly attitude and her responsiveness is like no other. You will have an outstanding time staying here and have the perfect vacation get away. Whatever you need Athina will take care of it, 7 days a week and at all hours she was available. She was such an amazing host - she truly cared about our experience! Will definitely stay there again next time we come.
