Welcome to Reflections, a stunning 4 storey, 5-bed lodge with private hot tub and the highest vantage point on the estate - overlooking 500 acres of nature reserve and beyond. With 5 bathrooms (4 ensuites!) - incredibly rare - plus 4 levels of outside living including a fantastic 360-degree roof terrace viewing platform (needs to be seen!!) …

By making a reservation you are accepting the Lower Mill Estate`s Code of Conduct as per the Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and your guests.

STATED GROUP SIZE: Bookings are accepted on the group size & configuration stated at the time of booking. Any changes to this would require permission. Lower Mill Estate is a gated and warden controlled private estate and we provide the Estate with all guest group sizes and group dynamics prior to arrival, which are confirmed at the time of booking.

DAY VISITORS: Day visitors to the Property may be permitted with our prior consent, at our discretion, provided that the total group (including visitors) does not exceed the maximum occupancy of the Property.

SPA ACCESS: All but a 4 minute walk to the Luxury Spa complex, of which you get full rental access during your stay, allowing you and your family and friends to use the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Outdoor pools are closed during the low season.

NATURE FIRST: Lower Mill Estate is a nature first environment and we are all guests of nature. As such, things like certain lakes being closed in off season for nesting, low level lighting at night, reeds being left to grow to full height, is part of managing the unique environment and eco system.

PARKING: Each property on the Estate has one designated parking space within a few yards of their front door. All other vehicles can make use of the nearby additional communal visitor spaces and/or the overflow car parks. Please do try and limit the number of cars where possible.

HOT TUB: All of our hot tubs are maintained by a professional pool company, Messrs, MR Pools. Please do not use the hot tub after 10:30pm to retain the peaceful & respectful environment, in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

TRAVEL COT OPTION: We are unable to supply bedding or a mattress thicker than the ‘wrap around base’ that the travel cot comes with. For your reference, the approx. size of a standard travel cot is 60-65cm x 95-100cm.

BBQs: Due to insurance restrictions & potential health & safety compliance issues, we have removed BBQs from each property. Therefore, please remember to pack your own, or alternatively purchase a disposable BBQ for alfresco cooking.

LAKE SAFETY: All outside terrace areas are child proof and have over waist height glass balustrades all the way around, providing a safe environment for children. A gate leads to the bank of the lake, additional monitoring should be applied.

PETS: we request that care is taken to prevent any additional damage caused from pets. For example, please wipe paws on entry to lodge. Please do not allow your dogs on any furniture/sofas and/or on beds.

Lovely stay during the easter holidays. House is furnished to a very high standard. Communal living / dining area is very spacious, hot tub was a big hit with all the guests!

Great house for a large group

House was as described. Great location and plenty of space. It was nice with a large group to have plenty of spaces to be. The shared amenities at the neighborhood were also very nice and convenient. The layout was a little off having the kitchen on the top floor so keep that in mind if you have anyone with mobility issues in your group. We would stay again if in that area again.

Perfect house for all the family. The children loved the hot tub and the rooftop space. No complaints about the house, everything we needed. We enjoyed the heated outdoor swimming pool and playing football on the bookable court. We did feel that the cost of hiring bikes on the site was rather expensive though. Overall a great holiday though.

Wow, wow, wow!

Just home from 7 days the week following half term and the peace and tranquility was just what we needed. Absolutely amazing property. Stylish with all mod cons, great panoramic views, especially from the rooftop terrace and kitchen. Spotless throughout and we honestly didn't want to leave. The staff team were so welcoming 10/10. Lower Mill Estate is the place to be if you some escapism from the hustle and bustle of life. Lovely walks, gardens, pool/spa and plenty of things to do from tennis to casual dining at Ballihoo. Highly recommended and we will be back!
