Recently renovated, it has become a tourist residence, offering eight different accommodations and over thirty beds, ideal for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
It comprises a welcoming living/dining room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a small hallway leading to the bathroom with a small balcony, and the double bedroom.
All rooms feature vaulted ceilings and are furnished for comfort and functionality.
Palazzo Ricciardi is also strategically located near the train station, almost opposite the "Castromediano" Provincial Museum, and just steps from the historic center.
All guests of the Residence have access to the citrus garden at the rear of the building and the large rooftop terrace, also accessible by elevator.
The property also features a small outdoor area that can accommodate cars, motorcycles, and bicycles, subject to availability.
