The newly renovated apartment with luxury furnishings consists of 2 double bedrooms (one with a queen size bed 140x190 cm), a modern living room with a comfortable single sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen corner. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with large shower and a balcony with a panoramic view of Villa Borghese, the domes of the Historic City Center churches and Altare della Patria. Wifi and AC included, flat screen TV in all rooms.

The location was wonderful with a vibrant residential neighborhood and easy walk to historic sites. There was a cafe nearby and a grocery store was conveniently located and perfect to pick up snacks and other necessities. The views from the balcony were amazing.

Great location and easily walkable to many sites. Quick and easy access to public transportation. Check in /check out was seamless. Confortable beds and great outdoor space. The only reason it was not 5 star is that they DID NOT provide any essentials like laundry or dishwasher soap, hand soap, sugar, salt, coffee etc! This was very inconvenient.

As for the supplies, we provide a welcome kit per guest, which includes one roll of toilet paper, a small hand soap, and a bottle of shower gel each. The kit is meant to make your arrival more comfortable and to give you time to purchase your preferred personal hygiene products. Since this is a self-catering holiday apartment and not a hotel, continuous replenishment of such items is not part of the service.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment is as pictured, bright and airy top floor unit with elevator. We found a great coffee shop and local restaurant within a couple of blocks. Located just outside the main tourist area, the apartment and neighborhood are quiet, but provide easy access to all of Rome. We look forward to our next stay.

Look no further, a little gem..

What a fantastic place to stay. Our first visit to Italy was made perfect by this amazing apartment. For those who have mobility issues you will find easy accessibility to all areas due to the close proximity to transport links, and the luft to the apartment.. cant praise it highly enough from the booking process to arriving and being met by a very friendly member of the team who showed us round and explained everything. The 2 large bedrooms each serviced by their own bathrooms was a bonus. The whole apartment was spotless. We looked forward to returning each evening. The only thing we found a little puzzling was the ground coffee in the cupboard. As we found no sign of anything to make it in like a cafetiere or perculator.. a caf Cant prIse

Amazing Property!!!

Book this property, you will not regret it! This was the first time I have booked internationally so I was a bit nervous, but they made everything so easy! I have never had a property have someone greet me & walk me through the place & answer questions. They also arranged our private transfers to & from the Rome airport! To have someone there to greet you upon arrival holding a sign with your name & taking you directly to your car takes away all the stress. The location of the apartment was perfect! This was our first trip to Rome so we were not sure if it would be close enough to walk to all the places as we really did not want to have to pay to take a taxi. You could easily walk to everything! There is also the cutest cafe a few blocks away to grab your morning coffee. The supermarket is also a short walk to stock up on any food & drink you may need as well. We loved the balcony! Great views in the mornings & evenings! The washer/dryer also came in very handy as well. You can tell the apartment has been updated recently & we appreciated the modern touches. The apartment is located on the 6th floor so you will need to use the elevator. It does appear to be the building’s original elevator & can appear to look like it won’t make it to the top…but no worries, it’s perfectly safe, & I actually enjoyed using it each day! My only suggestion would be adding some ice trays to the freezer. It would have been nice to have some ice for our drinks. I would 100% stay here again!
