La Piccola Margherita

The surroundings of Lucca dispose of an ideal spot for all kinds of excursions: Florence, Siena, Pisa or the coast of the Versilia are within an easy reach from your holiday home.
La Piccola Margherita is a cosy apartment with a completely private and fenced garden and a swimming pool ( out of the earth – 7.40 x 3.60m, depth: 1.20m ) which is a good solution for small families or guests travelling with a dog.

They have at their exclusive disposal a garden of about 200 sqm (only some steps away from the house) which is completely fenced with a high wire netting fence ( about 1,50mt) and a hedge .
In this garden there is a private swimming pool (out of earth, – 7.40 x 3.60m, depth: 1.20m) with wooden platform, equipped with a table, chairs and barbeque, external shower, deckchairs, sun-umbrellas, beautiful wooden gazebo with table and chairs in teck for your dining al fresco. ONLY SMALL PETS ALLOWED

Activities in the surroundings:

The area offers the possibility of wonderful strolls or tours by bicycle: drive by the nearby Nottolini aqueduct or follow the many paths that conduct until the characteristic village of Vorno. La Piccola Margherita offers an opportunity to spend a peaceful, relaxing holiday, but it is also an excellent base to explore all parts of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa, and Florence, Siena or the coast of the Versilia or the Apuan Alps.
Furthermore, in the area there are lots of opportunities for golf players: golf in Montecatini and Pietrasanta, and also horse-riding ( there is a stable about 500 meters away from the house) and tennis ( about 4 km distance). Shops and restaurants are easy to be reached walking (about 1 km ).
The apartment lies on the back of the house, on the ground floor: kitchen / dining room with stove, small electric oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine (Nespresso), table, couch and sat-tv, 1 double bedroom1 sin, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, sink. Mosquito nets and wifi included.

Parking in front of the house.
The owners live on the 2nd floor; they access their apartment within an external staircase, on the side of the house. The owners will NOT use the garden and the swimming pool and respect to the full the privacy of their guests.

All additional costs, as well as the security deposit, are to be paid on the spot, IN CASH.
The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay.
