cottage situated in a lovely convenient area of Bishops Castle. Good that there is onsite parking. Confusion re central heating, we had a day of heavy rain and strong winds consequently the cottage felt quite chilly, radiators turned off so we turned them all on, but no heating came on, we couldn't find any controls to switch on the heating so we had to put on the electric fire, which didn't really address the chill. however the following morning the heating came on and we realised there must be a central control somewhere else for the owner to switch on the heating, this also became a bit of an issue because the heating was then on 24 hours and it was then far too hot in the bedrooms, we turned off the radiators in the bedrooms but this didn't work they remained on, other than this we found the cottage to be quite comfortable to stay in and the beds were very comfy as well. the bathroom was adequate and clean but a small shower cubicle so space when showering was tight, the shower itself was very good, a good flow of water and not like some can be a bit of a trickle. would we stay again, YES I think we would.
