Georgian property on the Barbican with parking
Enjoy a stylish pet friendly experience at this centrally located house.
The fully refurbished house has a Georgian facade and an interior built into a much older stone walled building possibly dates back to the 16th century and the Tudor period.
Within minutes of the house, are a variety of restaurants, tearooms and pubs.
There is the Elizabethan museum and National aquatic Centre a couple of hundred meters away.
Within metres of the house, you can jump onto various ferries that will take you to the beautiful places like Cremyll and Mount Edgecombe, King sands cawsands and even Mountbatten where in the Mountbatten pub you could have the most amazing Sunday carvery. The house has one parking space a few minutes from the house at Holgate Street right behind the co-op which is on Nott Street. We supply an excellent Internet service from BT where you get great Wi-Fi through out the house. Stokes Lane is between the main road in the Barbican of South side street and also new Street Sutton harbour is less than a minute away and the Hoe a couple minute walk. There are number commercial parking spaces in and around the Barbican. The coach station is around 10 minutes walk and the train station is around 15 minutes walk as a number of buses stop on Royal Parade circa five minutes walk from the house.
