A delightful retreat just steps from the sand, this 3-bedroom 4-bathroom condominium sleeps eight on the 26th floor of Phoenix West.

· King size bed and flat screen television in charming master bedroom

· Master bathroom features double sink vanity, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub

· Second bedroom with two queen size beds and third with one king size bed

· Tile balcony with seating to soak up breathtaking Gulf front view

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

After booking (non-refundable) we got email notifying us that the indoor pool was under maintenance and not available. Considering the time of year and raining weather, we should have been told before booking that the pool was not available.The master bathroom had mold around the shower.The bed in the master bedroom was not great.Overall, not worth the money for the circumstances.

Everything was amazing! Got to check in an hour early, didn’t have to wait long for elevators. Staff was incredibly nice!

Great Property but excessive cleaning fee

We loved the property—the roominess made for a much better experience. A $300 cleaning fee is excessive, especially when there was still sand on the floor when we checked in and we had to do some of the cleaning before we checked out. The property itself was excellent!

Adult family vaca

Great property and great location within quick access to restaurants and entertainment. Our unit was comfortable and clean. Great ocean view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Furniture was a bit dated and showed signs of wear. Would be nice if the unit would furnish basic cleaning supplies so that the renters would not have to shop for these items then end up throwing out the unused product upon checkout. The property needs to update the poolside furniture and provide more seating. These are just some continuous improvement suggestions. But overall - great property, great unit, great time.

Orange beach getaway

We stayed for 4 nights, the first night our bed broke, but they were able to fix it the next day. Everything was as listed, the view is gorgeous from the balcony and we had a great time! The only other issue is the master shower door would always stick. I thought I would break it trying to open it. I had to lift up and push when in the shower. Hopefully they can address that issue. Other than that I would recommend this property.

Great location and value

This condo was spacious and great for our family of 7. It was clean and overall comfortable. Things to know…all that’s provided toiletry-wise is one hotel size soap/shampoo per bathroom. Same with minimal towels (you need your own beach towels) and only one big trash bag for the kitchen. I understand it’s a property manager but I think it’s just important to know when packing. There’s a coffee maker and keurig but bring your own. If I’m being picky, I wish they would invest in some better sheets. They were a little cheap but we still slept fine. Overall, it’s a great location, near Gulf Shores, popular restaurants, and tourist spots. It’s a value!
