The space
The house has recently been refurnished to a really high standard. All furniture and units in the house are brand new and the house has a very modern feel to it.

Get ready for it to be all yours. A separate good sized kitchen , A lounge /dining area with a smart TV 42”and access to Netflix., prime.

There are 3 bedrooms. 2 with double sized beds and 1 with single bed all located on the 1st floor.

There is free parking located on the road and a bus stop located just outside the house which takes you directly to the city centre or beach within 15 minutes. AMEX stadium is 5 minutes drive away.

There are local shops around the area.

Guests will have access to the whole house.

A minimum of 2 nights of stay are welcome, from the weekend to a week or a fortnight, with even longer-term bookings being particularly welcome, so please get in touch if you are looking to stay in top quality serviced accommodation in Brighton for a while.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

I recently stayed here with my parents and husband and had a fantastic experience. The accommodation was comfortable and well-prepared, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the wonderful walking paths in the area. Ok stay

We recently stayed here and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. Positives: - The towels provided were nice. - The bathroom was acceptable. - The kitchen was functional. Negatives - **Location**: The property is listed as being in Brighton, but it is actually located quite far from the city centre on a council estate. - **Bedrooms**: There were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms, which was inconvenient. The beds were extremely uncomfortable; one bed was even broken, though the owner arranged for a repair. Despite this, the mattresses were old and in poor condition, resulting in a very poor night’s sleep. - **Bathroom and Facilities**: There were no hooks on the doors, making it difficult to hang up clothes or towels. The floors throughout the property were very creaky. - **Garden**: The garden was unkempt and not enjoyable to use. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to the uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. While some aspects were acceptable, there were several issues that affected the quality of the stay.
