Lovely Apartment in Testaccio

This property was delightful Wonderful location, well appointed and complete with everything needed for a Roman holiday. The terrace is a special treat. Davide is a thoughtful and responsive host. We will definitely stay here when next in Rome. Highly recommended!!

Sabbatical stay

Davide could not have been a kinder and more gracious host. Not only did he help us with reservations and advice, but he found us a dentist on very short notice. The apartment is exactly as pictured and the neighborhood is as genuine as it gets if you want to avoid the tourist masses.

If you are going to Rome, do yourself a favor and stay at this apartment! The apartment has been renovated with top of the line everything. The private balcony is PERFECT for enjoying morning coffee and having a romantic dinner. The host and his son met us at the main gate and were more than gracious ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The website they created was excellent at providing written instructions and videos on how everything worked in this modern appointed apartment. Thank you so much for making our trip to Rome so very special!!!

Davide and Francesco provided a level of service that goes above and beyond. They very quickly responded to any questions we had and very kindly offered recommendations of many things in the area. They organized having a driver pick us up from the airport and drop us back off, at our request. This was so worth the cost after traveling for most of the day.The apartment is absolutely amazing! The design and layout are well thought out. We enjoyed getting to sit out on the terrace, including eating dinner. Spend sometime looking and digging around the apartment, you will find everything you could need.The neighborhood was exactly what we were going for, locals and quiet. Short walk to two great bars (cafes), Trapizzino and Pasticceria Linari. Just another block further is Testaccio Market with many wonderful vendors.
