Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.
Hot Tub: Two community hot tubs.
Fitness Room: Yes, fitness room onsite.
Air Conditioning: Yes, central air conditioning throughout.
BBQ: BBQ Grill on the lanai.
Washer and Dryer: All of our vacation rentals have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Cable TV: Basic Cable. TV located in Living Room, Master Bedroom, Upstairs Guest Bedroom

Waikoloa Beach Villas G1 is an end unit in the G Building. Offering plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. This vacation home is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We had an amazing stay at G1 in Waikoloa Beach Villas and can’t recommend it enough!We stayed for six days and were so impressed from the moment we arrived. The villa was incredibly clean and beautifully maintained. The three bedrooms were spacious, and the beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and more, making meals at home simple and enjoyable. There were also plenty of supplies for laundry and bathrooms, along with an abundance of towels, which we really appreciated.One of the highlights was all the beach gear available. From surfboards and boogie boards to snorkel gear and noodles, everything was there for fun beach days without needing to rent anything extra.The location was perfect. The villa is just steps from the shared pool, which made it easy to pop over and unwind. It’s also right next to the golf course, where my husband and son enjoyed a few rounds. Plus, Waikoloa Beach is only about a mile away and absolutely stunning. We were lucky enough to see sea turtles and had a great time snorkeling there.Overall, this was a fantastic stay in every way. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area!

Loved the place. We've stayed in Waikoloa Beach before and this was the nicest property of all of them. Having the BBQ in the lanai was very convenient. Nice kitchen with lots of cookware.

Great condo and kocation

This property was great. Clean and well laid out. Very private in a complex of condos and could not be more convenient in terms of locations Minor things to change - no kleenex boxes, baking sheets or luggage racks plus no coffee packs. Would clean up and organize coffee filters, etc We looked for the latter to purchase and leave at the property as a gift. It was that good of a stay. All are minor and this property absolutely deserves five stars.

Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at the Beach Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort. The condo was very well equipped with all the important things for the beach and also for the kitchen. Everything was well stocked. We really appreciated that. We have stayed at many condos at Waikoloa Beach Resort and this condo was one of our favourites. We had a little issue with the hot water and the maintenance team from Resortica Hawaii, responded right away. The Villa was very roomy, great for our family of 5. We love the location of the Beach Villas because of the convenience to be in short walking distance to the shops and the beach.

We enjoyed our stay :)

We spent a few days with our adult kids-2 sons, and a daughter and really enjoyed our time there. The location was great and we enjoyed the close proximity of lots of nice beaches and trails, as well as restaurants and shopping. The only issues we had were with the sofa bed. It really wasn’t useable and my son wound up sleeping on the living room couch instead. Also, it may be helpful to know that the master bath doesn’t have a door except for the room with the toilet. Personally, I wasn’t a huge fan of not having a door to close between the bathroom and master bedroom when showering or using the sink. Otherwise, a great spot and really enjoyed our time there. :)

We had an excellent time

We arrived when it was dark and the property was a bit difficult to find once we got through the security gate primarily because of how the numbering and lettering is placed and the lack of street lighting. Fortunately the property management answered promptly and helped us get oriented. Maybe a map of the buildings might be useful for the welcome packet.Really enjoyed the property and the nearby beaches. The cleaning team left the kitchen counters and floors feeling very sticky and there was no effort taken to clean the patio furniture or the screens going out to the patios. however the management seemed very responsive to any needs and they sounded happy to get the feedback to pass to the cleaning team. One other observation we had was the garden just off of the lower deck had about 50 roofing/sheathing nails that my wife found and picked up because it could have been very dangerous for a barefoot kid. I suspect a roofer may have spilled his sheathing nails ( which look like a nail going through a plastic coin ). It may be worth while for the gardner or management for the entire complex to spend a bit of time with a metal detector or nail magnet roller to ensure that no more nails are left on the property...including the other buildings.

Great location

Great communication, location and space in the unit for the amount of people in my family. 6 adults and 2 children ( of the adults 2 adults would come to visit regularly ). Central location for our trip. Excursions in Honokaa/Kohala/Kona and Kona airport. The pool was under construction but we didn’t have time for it anyways. Conveniently right across from Queens Marketplace and a little ways down is the Kings Shops.

We've stayed in this unit before and enjoyed it very much. The perfect place for 3 couples that like their privacy. The dedicated garage is a nice feature we didn't have last year. The website picture of the living room needs to be updated with the large sofa you bought. A note on the coffee maker to push and lock the basket down before starting it would help. The cleaning fee seems a little steep for people that leave it in the same condition as when they arrive (like us). All in all, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to next year.
