Awesome private studio w/AC one block to Sunset Beach

This is a great studio with private back yard and lanai. Comes with a queen bed, couch that pulls out to a bed, fully stocked kitchen, bathtub, and gas grill. Laundry is on-site, and gated parking for your car. Newly installed split AC system is heavenly!
There are beach chairs, and boogie boards for your use as well. You'll love the hot and cold outdoor shower and the zen feel to the backyard.
I'm running out of things to say. It's a tile floor and wooden cabinets. Wifi and cable included.

We had a nice stay in this great North Shore location. The place was as described - even a bit more spacious than the photos! The A/C worked great and having the full kitchen was very handy. Access to the washer and dryer was definitely appreciated. We were so close to the beach, and could wash the sand off in the outdoor shower before relaxing on the patio in the evenings. Definitely recommend as a safe, cute, outdoorsy launching pad. Thanks for hosting us!

SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH! We loved it! Wonderful, private place with plenty of amenities. We came and went as we pleased, enjoying our stay - even during the rainy days! Definitely check out this place and take a small stroll to the beach to watch a sunset over the water. A beautiful, memorable experience. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

The host Mike was there when we arrived to make sure that we had everything we needed. And the location cannot be beaten if you love the North Shore -it’s right in the middle of everything including a 3 minute walk to Freddy’s, 10 min walk to Sunset, and 20 min walk to Pipeline. Ted’s Bakery is right across Kam Hwy. Accommodations were comfortable, secure, and quiet, with parking inside the gate, extra outside shower with hot water, and a beautiful private shaded patio. We will definitely return to this gem!
