Fantastic Experience on the North Shore

Our stay at Rick’s house was perfect. It was exactly as it has been portrayed and described in the listing. The house was immacualte when we arrived and had everything we needed and more to fully enjoy our stay. We can’t say enough good things about this property!

This is a great house. Very clean and as good, if not better, than advertised. Rick is an amazing host. Close to everything on the North shore. Only complaint is the road noise since the home is on the main highway.

Great spot for surfing, sunsets and food!

Perfect location for our surfing family. Walking distance to several surf spots and the N. Shore's infamous Ted's Bakery. Plenty of room for our group of 5 and everything you need to cook your own meals. Rick was very easy to communicate with and we had a great week.

Just what we needed

Booked a last minute getaway to the North Shore seeking beach time and this house was perfect. Very comfortable, super clean, nicely furnished and supplied, and walking distance to fantastic beach. Owner very helpful and friendly. Ready to go back!

A bit of Paradise!

Can't say enough about our stay at this lovely home on the north shore of Oahu. It was clean, spacious, inviting and very well stocked. The hosts were so wonderful they even provided fried chicken for our late arrival with three hungry little boys!

Terrific house in paradise

Absolutely loved our stay here! Sunset Beach is a half mile walk away but there is beach access just across the road. The house is very comfortable. AC was a bonus. Bed comfy and water pressure is amazing. The front porch is a lovely place to get a break from the sun.

Wonderful home

We had a fabulous stay at Rick's North Shore home. Rick is an excellent host who is responsive and helpful. Rick's property was clean and very well maintained. You could tell that cleanliness is top priority when entering this home. This home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a beach house vacation.

Amazing!!!

Everything was perfect! The location is great! I was worried about it being right on the highway but there was no noise problems or any problems with having to cross the street or get out of the driveway. All the beds were comfy, everything from towels, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, beach supplies, etc. were provided! We ran out of toilet paper about halfway through but that’s prob because.we had a larger party. The grocery store is only 7 minutes away so it wasn’t a big deal. We really loved it here and Rick checked on us through text to make sure we were having a good time and if we had any questions.

The Hawaiian decor and overall accommodations made this memorable. Rick was very friendly and easy to work with. Beach chairs and umbrella as well as washer could use some attention. It was a good location. Beach was close. Rick was great to work with. The place was nice.

Parking was tight. Neighbor was a little annoying. He had 4 vehicles. The neighbor at one time seemed like they were upset with us for not pulling in all the way in because they were washing there vehicles. I didn't like pulling in all the way because it was hard for everyone to get in and out of the vehicle. The stay was nice. Had a great time. The beach area Rick suggested was very nice.

Hubby’s 60th birthday bash with adult children

Rick is a wonderful host who personally greeted us at checkin at the property. He explained house rules. The house is clean and well equipped with everything. We did encountered problems with the refrigerator , loud noise and broken door shelves, which caused us to lose a gallon of oak milk. It was a minor inconvenience. Rick did acknowledge the problem and apologized. We stayed at the property with 6 adults for 6 nights.

Great property and the owners were very nice to show us around the house when we got there. The location is perfect if you want to just stay on the north shore and relax. Took me a little to find the street that was not dead end to walk to beach, but once I did it was great. The house was very comfortable with excellent linens, beds and towels. Very clean as well. Owner was very responsive when I would reach out. I enjoyed the mornings out on the balcony (however in the evenings and mornings it was a bit loud with the traffic). We loved this place and was very comfortable for my family of 4 and my father that joined us.

A great place on the North Shore

The home was comfortable, clean, and well-provisioned. It was conveniently located close to everything we needed and wanted for our visit to O’ahu. Rick was an outstanding host! Staying here made our trip magical! I would definitely stay here if we were ever to visit O’ahu again.

north shore real experiance

Upon arrival, we were greeted right on time and we were given a tour of the whole house. This is the perfect spot if you want to be near Pipeline, Sunset Beach, V-Land or Even the Ritz. It is 6min drive to Foodland and 20min to Haleiwa. There is parking and acces to washer and dryer. The backroom or master room looks over into the Pupukea hill. I highly recommend this property and it was super clean.
