GREAT LOCATION in the heart of the Albayzín neighborhood, declared by Unesco as World Heritage Site; walking distance to all the sights but tucked in a small, quiet, cobblestone street. Recently refurbished, modern and stylish yet surrounded by historical XIth century buildings.
Queen size bed (1.50m), with en-suite bathroom with rain-type shower. Work area with big desk with views and lots of natural light. Wifi. AC, radiant floor heating. Sofa bed for 3rd guest.
Kitchen is equipped to prepare breakfasts and simple meals: fridge, microwave, coffee machine, mini-grill toaster, vitroceramic stovetop, pots, pans, diches, salad bowl, cutting board, etc....
Washing machine free of charge.
