Hey travellers ! Welcome to our 1BR suite, in the centre of St Julians, with comfortable spaces throughout, designed by our designer to give maximum comfort throughout.

Upon entering, you will find a kitchen area, with a dining table, which could easily host 4/5 guests. Access to the living, with amenities, such as sofa, smart TV, AC etc and off course a large bedroom with a comfy bed.

Also included is a walk-in shower - Close to schools, perfect for longer term rentals to. Strong WIFI Incl.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, a large coffee table, and a TV, equipped with internet (NETFLIX compatible). Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 4 guests to have a good meal! - AC is also available in the living area for maximum comfort.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub. The kitchen is equipped for both long and short-term rentals, with a dishwasher also included.

Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom APT, with a king-sized bed. For over and above 2 guests, we will open the SINGLE beds in the room.

Bathrooms| 1 large bathroom with walk-in shower

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Very important notes before booking:

- The apartment is situated in the heart of Paceville, St Julians ! Although the location is second to none, being in the centre guests will be susceptible to noises, although we tried our best to have the best noise insulation around.

- Although we do accept 5 guests, we do not recommend such amount as the apartment is not spacious as can be seen from the photos. For 5 guests the apartment will be equipped with a double and single bed and the usage of the sofa bed.

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
