Are you ready to have a place where your entire friends and family and be together in the mountains? This home is 5 bedrooms 3.50 baths with a loft and a basement family room! Plenty of space to be together. Steps away from the lift for easy ski access in the winter and trails access out your front door. One of the only lots in Granby Ranch with aspen trees for privacy. I love the mountains and to be their with family. We live in Broomfield, CO about 2 hours away. We enjoy skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, backpacking, camping, and many other outdoor activities.
Why they chose this property
This property has a unique location for skiing in the winter, biking and hiking in the summer. You just walk out the door and you are on ski trails or mountain bike trails. A great place for kids to learn to ski.
What makes this property unique
You will love the look and feel of this mountain home. The wood look is stunning inside so it looks like a mountain home yet has all the modern conveniences. The spa and swimming pool are open nearly year round and just a couple minute drive away.
