The Blue Sage Beauty is a ski-in/ski-out, single family home that offers the best of Granby Ranch any time of the year! This quiet hillside haven is in an ideal location which allows for quick and easy access to hiking and biking trails, the ski lifts at Granby Ranch and world class golfing and fishing. Just step out the back door to begin your ski or bike adventures!
A classic Colorado charmer, The Blue Sage Beauty is perfect for large families, can sleep up to 10ppl.
The space
This spacious home has 3 bedrooms, including two bunk beds, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay (updated finishes, tasteful furniture, and modern electronics). Perfect for large families (10 max), this property can sleep 8 in beds and up to 10 when utilizing the provided air mattresses!
There is a gorgeous cozy fireplace that can be enjoyed from multiple rooms, a large dining table, multiple living areas that provide ample room for a large group to lounge and a quaint downstairs area for more intimate space. With all its space, this home still maintains a cozy and welcoming feel. It’s warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a creative, homey touch to this mountain getaway. A small back deck space to fire up the grill and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.
After a long day on the slopes, you will find plenty of storage for all your gear with a dedicated storage area, including bike and ski/snowboard racks. Once inside, you’ll be ready to relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the family room TV.
Kitchen:
The kitchen has all you will need for preparing meals including full size appliances, a gas range, and an outdoor grill. Included in the kitchen are supplies for cooking and baking, including utensils and knives. Dishes and glassware, as well as a crock pot and a griddle are also in this fully stocked kitchen. There are basic spices, as well as a k-cup machine and a regular coffee maker. There is seating outside to enjoy the amazing view as well.
Sleeping arrangements:
Master (sleeps 2): located on the main level, features a king size bed, walk-in closet, connected bathroom, TV and a ceiling fan
2nd bedroom (sleeps 2): located downstairs with a queen size bed, and a night stand
3rd bedroom (sleeps 4): 2 twin size bunk beds
Downstairs living space area can accommodate 2 more ppl with provided 2 full size air mattress.
This home has 2 full bathrooms, all include a tub and shower
LIMITED PARKING!!! (see parking photo) NO PARKING ON THE STREET OR NEIGHBOR'S SPACE (FEES WILL BE WITHHELD FROM DAMAGE DEPOSIT)
ONLY THREE (3) DEDICATED SPACES: One (1) car in the garage and two (2) cars in the driveway. (see parking photo). Violators will be fined and fees will be withheld from damage deposit.
OPEN NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING: There are three (3) "open" parking spaces located across the street near the dumpster.
Guest access
Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels, and linens. Ample storage for ski, bike and golf equipment is available in the closet off of the front porch, which is equipped with a lock. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas, patios, porch, and grill are available for your full use. The community pool, located near the entrance to the ski resort, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round.

We are Sean and Cris Lupien and we live in Littleton CO, which is 1hr and 45 minutes from Granby. We both work at a Biotech company and we have two amazing and energetic young boys and a sweet dog named Kyla. We love everything that Colorado outdoor has to offer and we love taking advantages of the 4 seasons.
Why they chose this property
Our property is located in a quiet spot just at the end of the cul-de-sac of Blue Sage Court. It sits in a hillside where aspen trees adorn the back area and acts as a picture perfect setting when you are gazing out the living room windows and when you are sitting in a quaint deck with your coffee/tea.
What makes this property unique
As vehicle is recommended to effectively reach and enjoy the area. Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.
