This 2-bedroom 6th floor Long Beach Resort condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and both bedrooms. A very rare unit with both BRs directly on the water with private full baths in each bedroom (basically you have 2 master bedrooms). The unit is completely renovated with tile throughout the entire unit, granite counter tops, brand new easy close kitchen & bathroom cabinets, new paint as of October 2017. March of 2018 we made a complete change out of all furnishings, bedding, TV"S, Appliances, dishes pots and pans etc.

Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a queen size commercial grade sofa bed in the living area. The Living room has a large flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player. Both bedrooms also have large flat screen TV’s . This classic retreat offers a 1400 square foot floor plan. We want to insure you have the perfect vacation home.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

No parking decks here pull up to the main entrance unload and park just feet away from the main entrance in our large main ground level parking lot. Why we own and rent a condo? We established a family vacation tradition many years ago, and because resorts and rental agencies rarely reserve a specific unit, it was difficult to insure the quality of our accommodations. We discovered that renting from an owner allowed us to see pictures of the specific condo we were renting, and we found much better accommodations for less money.

We eventually decided to purchase a vacation condo and take the quality a level higher. This unit is our second home and eventually we hope to retire here. We are selective as to who we lease to as it is important to us and to our future guest that the unit's integrity be maintained. We take extreme pride in providing an inviting, relaxing and romantic oceanfront vacation condo.

We believe that vacation memories with family and friends are real treasures of life especially in the right setting. That is why we selected a low-density, (just six units per floor), oceanfront condominium rich in amenities and in an ideal location.
