Long Beach Resort Renovation Project now - March 29, 2026. My balcony is open!

Please read - Rates have been reduced 50% off due to exterior renovations at all four towers. My balcony renovations have been completed and it will be open throughout the completion of renovations. Repairs consist of stucco and concrete repairs, sealant replacement, and exterior repainting. Construction noise may occur during work hours: Monday-Saturday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. Guests may experience noise from chipping, hammering and grinding and other renovation related activity. Walkways and entryways may be rerouted. Beach access will remain open at all times - some boardwalk closures may occur.

Pools - the lagoon pool/hot tub will be closed November 28, 2025-March 13, 2026. Tower 1 and 2 heated pool/hot tub will be closed August 28, 2025-November 28, 2025. Tower 3 and 4 heated pool/hot tub (this pool is closest to my condo) will be closed October 20, 2025-March 13, 2026. I will be calling you after you book to go over all this Info. Regular refund policy will be in effect.
