THE ACCOMMODATION:
This apartment has two well furnished bedrooms. The Master Double Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed with a Millbrook Wool 4000 pocket spring mattress. The second bedroom is a Triple Room with Bunk Beds which are made up of a Double Bed and a Single Bed.

The bright and airy lounge/diner (dining table seats 4) is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider).

The separate, modern kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE.

There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet.

You will find free road parking outside the property (please note that the spaces on the road are not reserved or guaranteed).

LOCAL AREA:
Southbourne is a picturesque coastal area located to the east of Bournemouth and is conveniently close to the historic town of Christchurch. This area boasts stunning blue flag sandy beaches and a plethora of leisure activities. By taking a short walk along the clifftop, you will reach the Funicular Victorian cliff lift which will take you down to the sandy shores below. Cafe Riva, a cliff top cafe, serves a variety of food and beverages. Wick Village is a short drive away, and offers riverside walks, boating activities, a public slipway, and a 3-par golf course with a driving range. There, visitors can also find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take them to Christchurch Quay. The nearby Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve is also worth exploring, with easy access via a land train to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away, where visitors can find historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre, and many other facilities.
