I had the pleasure of hosting Elizabeth and her group at my flat in Perugia and I can confidently say that it was an extremely positive experience. Communication with them was excellent from the first contact. They always responded promptly to messages and were very respectful and courteous in every interaction. They behaved impeccably during their stay. They followed all the house rules and treated the flat with great care. It is evident that they hold respect for other people's property in high regard. Upon their departure, I found the flat in excellent condition. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Elizabeth to any host. It is rare to meet such attentive and respectful hosts, and I am sure whoever hosts them will have an equally positive experience. We always try to offer our guests attentive and personalized service, often going beyond the usual standards of holiday rentals: from the in-person welcome and detailed explanation of the apartment’s amenities, to parking guidance, city tips, and suggestions on places to visit. We are sorry to read about the difficulties you experienced with one of the bathrooms and with the washing machine only after your departure. During your stay, we remained in contact and asked several times whether everything was going well: had the issue been reported to us, we would have immediately checked it and done our best to resolve it. As for the washing machine, it is a domestic 6 kg model, fully in line with Italian and European standards, although we understand that it may feel different compared with the much larger washing machines commonly used in other countries. In any case, we appreciate your feedback, as it helps us make the information provided to guests before and during their stay even clearer. We are glad that you enjoyed Perugia, a historic and beautiful city, though certainly characterized by hills, stairs, and the typical layout of medieval Italian hill towns.
