About this property

Modern Home in the mountain town of Sun Valley/Ketchum, Idaho

Modern, new and simple home 1/4 mile outside town of Ketchum on Warm Springs Road. The home is clean and breathtaking in its simplicity. Radiant floor heat, white art walls, floor to ceiling windows, walnut doors and Italian cabinetry. The small but private yard is complimented by fire pit, outdoor shower, hot tub, modern patio furniture and bbq. Wilderness trail head to Adams Gulch and beyond for mountain biking and hiking is 100 yards away. City of Ketchum and Sun Valley is a walk or cruiser bike trek on the bike path.

Please note that both rooms have King and Queen beds.........request if you need office to convert into an extra bedroom. It sleeps 4 comfortably but other configurations are possible.

Avoid parking on sprinkler heads on lawn. Overflow parking across street in owner's empty lot.
The induction stove only works with metal pans. It's best to not use garage but inquire if necessary.
We recommend locking house and will provide key. Pls enjoy guests and small dinner parties but no late night noisy raging parties.

Fabulous home on a quiet and beautiful street

Beautiful new home with light and space. Everything you need comes with the house. Great trail that connects to Adams Gulch just down the street for hiking and mountain biking. Clean house with a BIG FEEL that was perfect for one or 2 couples. Love the property and I look forward to returning.

Absolutely perfect!

We were in town for our wedding and had an amazing time staying at Caroline and Dave’s place. The house is beautiful—clean, private, relaxing. Caroline was a great communicator. We loved the outdoor space and the overall spaciousness of the house and grounds.
