The patio is furnished with comfortable new outdoor furniture, including dinner seating for 8. Public fishing access to the Big Wood River is just one block away as is access to 50 miles of public paths for biking, walking or skate skiing. The house is 2 miles from River Run ski lodge and 2.75 miles to the center of downtown Ketchum. The house has digital Sonos music throughout the living areas, 4 flat screen TV's, a built in bar with wine cooler, ice maker and glasses dishwasher, 3-zone heating/AC system, 2 car garage and large driveway, permanent gas grill, internet service, water softener, hardwood floors and exclusive antiques and fine art.

We've stayed in this home three times now. We keep coming back because we love the layout, scale, comfort, backyard and front yard. It's very clean and the location is quiet. A great family home.
The place was immaculate and well done down to the smallest detail. Kitty, the owner, was easy to interact with and clearly focused on making sure we had a great experience.
Great spot. House was fantastic, clean, well appointed and comfortable; property manager very responsive, owner super friendly and easy to deal with. We were worried about being south of town a bit, but it was really no big deal, even on a vacation weekend. We would go back in a heartbeat
Pleasantly surprised of the scale of this home. Large living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It is well-appointed and clearly well-maintained. It was very clean and property manager and owner were both very communicative. Can't wait to stay here again!

This is a lovely, well appointed and well maintained property that is a convenient distance from Ketchum. Kitty the owner was very responsive and helpful, while Andrew, the property manager was thorough, helpful and timely in his communication. I would highly recommend this property for a couple or small family and hope to visit again soon.

What a wonderful home! The location, nestled among the trees is peaceful, private and serene yet only short bike ride (the bike trail is about 1/2 block away) to downtown Ketchum. The home is very spacious, richly appointed, and was impeccably clean and maintained! Communications with both the owner and the property manager were excellent. Andrew, the manager, couldn’t have been a better host, he responded lmmediately every time we had a need or question. Kitty, thank you for providing such an awesome home for our stay!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this newly remodeled home. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. The home is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our Ski Week trip. Andrew, the property manager, was responsive and great at communicating.
The home was very comfortable and well appointed, a lovely place to return to after a good day of skiing. We really felt like we were in a home rather than a common rental. We had guests visit and the house handled 4-6 people very comfortably, everyone having their own space as well as good communal areas. Kitty was extremely welcoming and her property manager was able to help us when a minor issue with the heat regulation arose. We definitely hope to return, have been missing it since we left.
Terrific experience in a beautiful property. The house is very well appointed and the perfect spot to relax, unwind and re-charge. The host checked in before and during our stay to make sure that everything was OK and to see if we had any questions. Would definitely recommend this 5* property and rent again in the future.

We went to Sun Valley to work remotely in a natural environment. We were not disappointed! The house is well appointed, comfortable and homey. Kitty bends over backwards to help us as guests. We would visit again.

What an absolute delight staying in this beautiful home !! Every detail is perfect. It is the best property we have ever stayed in by far. We loved the aspen in the backyard and every window created a beautiful frame to the outside. the bikeway and walking path is just minutes away. We will be back!

Lovely home and awesome beds!
We (4 ladies) loved this very well appointed home. We all mentioned how comfy the beds were after the first night. The owner and her property manager were great to work with! We loved everything about the house, but spent most of the time on the secluded patio listening to the aspens quaking! We all met in Steamboat (where there are lots of aspens) but the gals from Kansas City and Florida hadn't seen them for a long time and we enjoyed spending time and eating most of our meals outside. Easy drive to Sun Valley or Hailey, made this a perfect place to stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Mountain Highlight
A group of close girlfriends spent five nights together here and could not have been happier. Comfortable, roomy and well decorated with great art and accessories, we settled right in next to the fireplace with a glass of wine as soon as we arrived! There are terrific open views of the surrounding greenery from inside the house and there is also great outdoor deck space to enjoy.
We took advantage of using the well equipped kitchen for some meals in but also enjoyed a variety of restaurants in town very nearby. The spa at the lodge was handy for our crew and the walking /biking trail right outside the front door was ideal for morning walks. Numerous trail heads were also accessible by car. We took an "in town" shopping day as well starting at Cristina's for lunch ( do not miss!) and appointments with a fave SV psychic, which the homeowner recommended we try. All in all, a great five days and we plan to return!

Beautiful, Elegant, Cozy Idaho Home!
I have traveled to Sun Valley many times and I always stay at this house. It is beautifully decorated and has this incredible New England vibe, but located in the mountains! The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed, the bathroom has an incredible shower and tub! The owner is meticulous with her art collection and attention to detail. The neighborhood is small and private and the exterior of the home is wonderfully manicured. It's the perfect location between Sun Valley and Ketchum and a straight shot to the airport in Hailey. It's the ideal home in the winter and summer in Sun Valley!
