The apartment has two bedrooms and capacity for up to 6 people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed located in the living room.

It is located 180 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Rompidillo", 40 km from the airport "Aeropuerto Jerez" and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.
It has a 20m2 terrace, clothes iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), hairdryer, heat pump heating and air conditioning only in the living room.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle as well as all the basic utensils to cook and enjoy the best dishes.

🆔📄 Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Government on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. If key collection takes place after 10:00 p.m., there will be a supplement of €25 that must be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation, check the conditions with the host before your arrival.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €250 will be requested to be paid by credit card.
