The apartment is cozy, has a fully-equiped kitchen, and is 53 m². It has views of the swimming pool.
The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood close to a shopping area and restaurants.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, fenced garden, 39 m² terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, heat pump, air-conditioned, communal swimming pool, garage the same building, 1 TV.
In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.

🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

🔑 For the delivery of keys we will offer you a contact telephone number when confirming the reservation. If key collection takes place after 10:00 p.m., there will be a supplement of €25 that must be paid in cash upon arrival at the accommodation, check the conditions with the host before your arrival.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €250 will be requested to be paid by credit card.
