The house, a back-to-back chalet, is located in the town, in a very quiet area of low construction. Or reach Regla Beach on foot in 4-5 minutes and the city center in a quarter of an hour. In the vicinity of the house there is a supermarket, shops and restaurants.
Chipiona, is a locality located in La Costa de la Luz (The Coast of Light), in the northwest coast of the province of Cádiz, a few kilometers from the mouth of the Guadalquivir river. It has 18. 000 inhabitants who live in 33 km2. It has 12 kilometers of fine, blond sandy beaches and its waters are rich in iodine. Each year, Regla Beach and Cruz del Mar Beach are awarded with the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe.
Chipiona is located 54 km from Cádiz, the capital of the province. From there, we access the A-4 (Madrid-Cádiz), to El Puerto de Santa María and there we will take the A-491 which will take us to Chipiona. If we are coming from the north, from Sevilla (105 km) we will take the AP-4 to Jerez de la Frontera and there the A-480. We can also leave the AP-4 in kilometer 44, in the population of Las Cabezas de San Juan and continue to Chipiona by the A-471 and then the A-480.

Apartamento con cómodas camas de dos dormitorios con cocina bien equipada y amplia terraza interior.
Lo bueno: a 10 minutos caminando del centro, en barrio tranquilo con todos los servicios. Chipiona es un enclave excelente para disfrutar de excelentes playas familiares con precios de restauración asequibles.
Lo menos bueno: la entrada es estrecha con coche dentro y queda bastante justo el acceso y se tiene que tener en cuenta la escalera metálica fija obligatoria; quizá no apto para personas con movilidad reducida. Lo pone en la descripción pero no nos dimos cuenta, el aire acondicionado funciona con monedas...

Rosa María vino acompaña de dos mujeres más, una era su madre. Estuvieron solo tres noches, del 16 al 19 de agosto.
Rosa María divide su comentario en dos partes: lo bueno, que nosotros agradecemos y, lo que llama “menos bueno”, que queremos aclarar.
El garaje. La verdad es que hay poco espacio, pero acercando el coche, por su lado derecho a la pared, por el lado contrario queda espacio suficiente para pasar. Si por el contrario, dejas el coche en el centro, el espacio para pasar es mínimo por cualquiera de los dos lados del coche. Rosa María olvida que tuvo que dejar el coche allí, porque el día en que llegó, el 16 de agosto, en las calles de Chipiona, posiblemente, no habría encontrado aparcamiento ninguno. Creo que tendría que haberlo puesto en “lo bueno”, ya que además era GRATIS.
La escalera. ¿Cómo cree Rosa María que se debe subir a la primera planta de un edificio de solo dos alturas, si no es por una escalera?. En el anuncio se dice que la vivienda no es apta para personas con movilidad reducida; ella misma lo reconoce es su escrito. Por otra parte, ninguna de estas tres mujeres, tenía impedimento físico alguno.
El aire acondicionado. El cobrar por el aire acondicionado 1€ por cada cuatro horas de uso, no es con ánimo de lucro, es para que cuando salgan de casa o cuando no lo necesiten, se apague; el sistema conservará el saldo restante para utilizarlo en otra ocasión.
A parte de esto, al precio en que está la luz este verano, con 0,25€ la hora, no paga ni lo que consume.
Por otra parte, quiero decir que en el anuncio, se hace constar con claridad que el aire acondicionado es de pago.
Ahora, si se me permite, voy yo a decir lo que a Rosa María, se le ha olvidado decir: Se fue sin pagar el alquiler. Me explico:
Con fecha 5 de enero contrató el alquiler y abonó el anticipo, el 25% del total. Unos días antes de iniciar sus vacaciones, Abritel, le requirió el pago del 75% restante antes del 6 de agosto, a lo que hizo caso omiso. El 16 de agosto se presentó sin hacer mención ninguna de la deuda que tenía y el 19 de agosto, se fue sin pagar. El 22 de agosto, 3 días después de su marcha, Abritel le envió un segundo requerimiento. Rosa María pago ese mismo día.

Una estancia de ensueño en familia
Pasamos una semana muy agradable en una casa preciosa:
piso bien distribuido y amueblado para sentirse a su gusto, cerca de la playa y de muchos comercios. El barrio es tranquilo y los propietarios muy simpáticos.
Recomendamos el lugar donde esperamos volver para aprovechar el sol andaluz.

Esta familia se alojó una semana (8 noches) el pasado verano en nuestro apartamento. Es una familia muy agradable y educada y nosotros nos alegramos de que su estancia les haya gustado. Para este año tienen ya reservada una semana en febrero, la semana de Carnavales. Nuestro agradecimiento.

Central et agréable
L''emplacement permet un accès facile aux plages et au centre ville. Il est agréable à vivre avec sa grande terrasse ensoleillée. L''appartement est parfaitement géré par Antonio et Maria qui ont beaucoup de doigté et savent avec discrétion mais efficacité se faire apprécier.

Hello, my name is Antonio and I'm married to Mari. I am currently retired, but during my entire working life I have worked in a bank. I have been assigned to numerous branches in different places, but now I have my residence in Chipiona. Chipiona is a very quiet town on the coast of Cadiz, has 19,000 inhabitants, but in the summer months can multiply by ten its population as it is one of the main tourist destinations of the Costa de la Luz. It has 3,000 hours of sunshine per year, the winters are short and mild and the summers, although hot, are much less than in the interior of Andalusia. It has magnificent beaches of golden and fine sand, awarded with the Blue Flag of the Clean Seas of Europe and with wonderful sea promenades, where we can stroll, sunbathe or enjoy the sea breeze. I hope you like Chipiona as much as I do, enjoy your holidays, and want to repeat again.
