Thanks to the clever construction and the thick outer walls, the house remains pleasantly cool even in the hot summer months, so that an air conditioning system is not needed. The absolute highlight is the outdoor area designed with great attention to detail, which includes a well-kept garden with numerous seating options and a barbecue, a pool and several covered and furnished terraces - an oasis of peace that promises relaxing holidays outdoors. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. The next, 15 km long sandy beach, Playa Santa Catalina, is also only 5 minutes away by car. Due to the local regulation of Puerto de Santa Maria, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and quiet of the neighbors and pedestrians. Therefore, noises that may cause disturbance during the night, from midnight to 7 am, are not allowed.
