Very nice and comfortable apartment, perfectly located.

Soraya's service was exceptional as always. Apartment could use some maintenance and be upgraded here and there to stay up to date.

Location was excellent Poor towels, stained mattress, lots of missing lightbulbs, part of fridge broken. Downstairs broken into on our second night so made us feel very unsafe as there is no additional security door and main door frame is easily kicked in. If all this was improved property would be 100%, at the moment not worth the money.

Good location

The location is excellent and the apartment itself is nice. All the furniture on the sun terrace needs replacing, the cushions are totally ruined and we could not use the furniture at all. The bed in the main bedroom also needs to be updated. The lightbulbs in the bedroom and ensuite needed replacing, there was no light. The man that checked us in said he would bring them but he never showed. When the apartment is rented out full price everything should be in order and the furniture usable.
