One of the highlights is its modern and bright decoration, as well as its wonderful location in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz and only a few metres from the beach. Furthermore, the complex has a communal swimming pool.



It is located 110 m from the supermarket Mercadona Martiánez, 190 m from the black sand beach Playa de Martiánez, 190 m from Burger King Martiánez, 28 km from Tenerife North Airport The flat is located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea.



It has a lift, 8 m² terrace, washing machine, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, balcony, air conditioning, communal swimming pool and Netflix account. In addition, there is a paid parking in a shopping centre opposite and in the building itself there are parking spaces that can be booked in advance for 7 euros per day.



It is the ideal place to spend an unforgettable stay, in the charming city in the north of Tenerife, which will allow you to disconnect.

Appartement très charmant

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement qui est très bien placé. Mais également très propre et très mignon. Nous étions au calme avec toutes les commodités autour.Le seul petit bémol est le fait de devoir se garer dans le centre commercial, ce qui alourdi le montant de la location...
