Set within the exclusive private condominium Magnólia, featuring a swimming pool, landscaped green areas, and private garage, the villa stands out for its spacious, comfortable, and functional interiors. Outside, guests can enjoy pleasant leisure and family gathering areas, including a magnificent terrace with a dining table and barbecue. The perfect place to create memorable moments outdoors.

The villa includes:- 3 bedrooms;- 3 full bathrooms;- Fully equipped kitchen;- Completely private terrace;- Private garage for one car;- Internet and cable channels;- Communal swimming pool for children and adults;- Air conditioning;- Private garden.Location and surroundings:- Beach - 3 km- Golf Course - 3 km- Olhos de Agua - 3 km- Oura - 4 km- Albufeira Center - 5 km- Falésia - 6 km- Vilamoura Marina - 13 kmAccommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 25 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of €300 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.
