The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and Albufeira's Old Town is about 2.5 km from the property, making it ideal for a car-free holiday.The open-plan living and dining room is bright and cosy, with direct access to the outdoor area, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The villa features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning. The bathroom includes a bathtub. The open kitchen is fully equipped, ready for you to easily prepare meals at home.Outside, you’ll find a private heatable pool (optional), perfect for year-round enjoyment. There's also a portable barbecue and a welcoming outdoor area where you can enjoy meals with family or friends. The property offers free Wi-Fi and is ideally located with easy access to everything Albufeira has to offer.Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests.From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
