Villa Azzurra is a charming two-storey house located in the quiet urbanisation of Sesmarias, in Albufeira, which comfortably accommodates 8 (6+2) people. This property is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing retreat in the Algarve, with an excellent private pool, spacious outdoor areas, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.



On the ground floor, the villa features a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The living room is cosy, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, while the spacious dining room offers direct access to the exterior. On this floor, there is also a suite bedroom, as well as a service bathroom with a shower.



On the first floor, Villa Azzurra has two bedrooms equipped with twin beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and an incredible terrace.



All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring ideal comfort throughout the year. Outside, guests can enjoy a ping-pong table for fun moments, as well as a spacious outdoor area that includes a barbecue area and a fantastic private pool, perfect for enjoying the sunny days of the Algarve.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
