Elegant high-design villa for rentals of 1 to 11 months. It is located at the entrance to the quiet Levantina urbanization offering spectacular views over Sitges, the sea and the infinite sky. Just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Sitges and 15 minutes walk from the center of Sitges.

It has a modern design very well distributed over 2 spacious floors with a total of 410m2 of construction, Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, private pool with sun loungers, large windows that give way to exceptional natural lighting, outdoor furniture where you can rest and enjoy a nice breeze and private parking.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with flat screen television, a dining room with capacity for 20 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a bar table ideal for breakfast.
Through the sliding doors of the living room you can access an outdoor dining room, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors but sheltered from the sun, a well-equipped barbecue area, stairs that connect to the terrace, swimming pool with shallow area surrounded of sun loungers and furniture with umbrellas, perfect to enjoy with friends or family.

Going up the stairs we find 6 rooms decorated with excellent taste that have 14 beds distributed in total. 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet.

This incredible villa with private pool is fully equipped with everything necessary for a memorable stay in Sitges, as it undoubtedly perfectly combines indoor and outdoor living, convenience and comfort, thus allowing its guests to enjoy quiet and relaxing vacation.

6 Rooms with double and single beds. Rooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds or with 2 double beds to allow a capacity of up to 20 people.
All with Air Conditioning like the large living room (42 m2).

Floor1:
Living room / Indoor dining room / Kitchen / Large room with bathroom / Terrace and outdoor dining room in front of the villa and another access to the terrace with Barbecue (BBQ).

Floor 2:
1 Suite + 3 large rooms of 14 to 20 m2 each. 2 bathrooms (including the one in the Suite).

Orientation:
South-East, very lonely all day. Seaview.

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO RATES AND PAYMENTS:

1.- You can pay through Vrbo by Visa Card with a supplement of 3% Card Commission.

2.- You can pay by Bank Transfer. No commission.

Vrbo Support can be purchased with both forms of payment.


3.- Each week ends with a cleaning (Mini or Final).

4.- Final cleaning costs €350/week. The mini cleaning costs €80 (2 people/2 hours).


5.- In low season (October to March/April): yes Monthly Stay: €800 of water, electricity and gas costs based on actual consumption.

6.- Late check-in: From 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. + €45

7.- Late check-in: From 24:00: + €70.

8. In Villa Principal: Supplement of €10 per person per day for 10 to 14 people.

9.- There is a supplement of 100 euros per week for pets.
