Fantastic property, and good value for the price. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed, beds were comfortable, and the view of the Mediterranean couldn’t be beat. We were steps from the beach, and spent pretty much all of the time we were home on the terrace looking at the water. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with eight women at this accommodation, conveniently located near Plaza del Mar, within easy walking distance of both the boulevard and Marbella Old Town.Communication with Rafa was excellent. He was very understanding and helpful, and he kindly thought along with us regarding our luggage on the arrival and departure days. It was also very convenient to have a washing machine available.The accommodation was clean and tidy, and there were plenty of towels for everyone.

Great property for intergenerational stay in Marbella

The whole family had a great time staying at this property. Their is a small grocery store across the street but you can also find the SuperCor supermarket at 5min and the Corte Ingles at 12min. Being located directly on the boardwalk was fantastic with so many restaurants to choose from in the area. It's a 15-20 min walk to the Plaza de los Naranjos (old Marbella). The view from the 2nd floor terrasse (with the outside dinning table) was amazing. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are accessible only from the outside stairs. The kitchen is a bit small when cooking for 6-7 people.Had a wonderful time and would return for sure.Communications with Rafa were excellent. All are inquiries were answered in a professional way.Thanks Rafa for your great service.
