About this property

Remodeled House...Steps away from Honeoye Lake

Come relax and enjoy all that Honeoye Lake and the surrounding Finger Lakes have to offer at this newly remodeled 1,300 sq. ft. year-round home. The main level has an open floor plan featuring a large living room with plenty of natural light, a spacious kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, a full bath, and two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. The upstairs has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed and a futon. The house is located just steps from the lake and you have access to a dock and boat hoist.

There is a community park a short walk away that has a beach, playground, swings, small basketball court, and plenty of open land.

The house is conveniently located at the north end of the lake. The town of Honeoye is less than a five-minute drive away and features quaint restaurants and shops. The surrounding area has many things to see and do.

A truly lovely property in a truly lovely location. Quiet, peaceful, wonderfully close to the water and in a truly charming neighborhood. A comfortable stay and very convenient to other lakes, a CVS & Grocery store. Just a lovely place and the hosts were very welcoming.

Was visiting family around FingerLakes area and this location was perfect! I liked the layout of the cottage, plenty of room to spread out! And Bess were comfortable. Great 7-11 store just down the road to grab coffee soda or snacks and a grocery store about 5 minutes down the road. I would definitely stay here again

Next door to Honeoye Lake

This property was perfect for a girls weekend. The layout of the cottage was just right, it was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. The owner left us a bottle of wine which was very thoughtful. The lake was at the end of the street and so pretty as the leaves were just beginning to change. We would definitely return for another girls weekend or separately with our husbands.

Great location in the NY finger lakes

We used this house as a base for a family event in Rochester, NY (about 40 minutes away). The house was very comfortable for our group of 4 (and actually could fit more). Kitchen was fully stocked. David is a very responsive and helpful host. The lake is beautiful (great views from the 2nd floor window). And it's very easy to visit the wineries/breweries of the NY finger lakes from here. We had a great time!

Perfect lake getaway
