Please note the following:
- The lift starts on the first floor therefore there is approximately 20 steps to reach the lift.
- The air conditioning of the apartment is a central unit in the corridor which serves the bedrooms and the living room, further air cooling fans can be provided on request
- Noise is expected due to construction works in the area.

House Rules:
• Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.

• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.

• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.

• Do not overload the lift with people and/or luggages.

• For the security of our guests and our staff we have CCTV outside the building and in the common areas.

Wonderful location if you want to explore downtown London, but stay out of the very touristy areas. Easy access to the tube and excellent communication, would stay here again.

Modern and upscale, great location

Our family of four really enjoyed staying here for a short stay. The location is great, the apartment is stylish and clean, and the management team is super responsive. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and the A/C worked great. The apartment has kitchen equipment, but pantry basics (like you might expect in a short-stay apartment rental) like salt-pepper, Nespresso pods for the coffee machine, olive oil etc. are not provided. Overall a great choice if you're looking for a quiet street but not far from the attractions.

Great Stay

What a gem! The flat was exceptionally clean, the air conditioning was perfect, and the space was well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and only a five minute walk to the Tube. We felt safe the entire time both in the flat and walking the neighborhood. There were plenty of amenities in the flat to make our own meals when we did not want to eat out. The hosts checked in with us a few times during our stay to ensure our happiness. IF I had to find anything remotely negative I would say the bed is not the most comfortable I’ve slept on, but I found it to be on par with many hotel beds in London. An absolutely wonderful stay and we will return!
