Located in the Siena area of Tuscany, Villa Peppe is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa lies between Colle Val d’Elsa and Castel San Gimignano in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, just 2 km from the nearest shops and restaurant and 36 km from the magnificent city of Siena.

Villa Peppe (95 sqm) develops over one level. The owners, friendly and at the same time discreet, live in an annex in the basement and are available to assist guests as needed.

The villa consists of a large living room (with fireplace, sofa, stereo Hi-Fi, DVD, satellite TV), a dining room (with dining table) which leads to a covered outdoor terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Italian coffee machine, gas hob, toaster).

In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet), one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

Outside, the villa is surrounded by fruit trees, cypress, pine, and olive trees with a large garden (1650 sqm). Next to the villa there is a veranda (with table, chairs) and steps leading to a private swimming pool exclusively for the use of guests (7m x 4m; depth 1.5m; open from 1 May to 30 September) with a sunbathing area. Parking, a barbecue area, and children's play areas are also available.
