Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC.
Nice farmhouse, 2 storeys, renovated, surrounded by fields and vineyards. 5 km from the centre of Gambassi, 15 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 40 km from the centre of Siena, 50 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet position on top of a hill. Private: grounds 1'500 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden lawn, plants and flowers. Terrace (150 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. Linen change weekly. Parking in the grounds.
Shop 5 km, restaurant 2 km, railway station 'Certaldo' 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Tennis 5 km.
Nearby you can taste Tuscan wine and olive oil, horseback riding, Italian cooking classes.
