Located close to the spa town of San Casciano dei Bagni, Villa Mirena is a renovated old farmhouse featuring a private outdoor swimming pool. The villa is just 3 km from the Fonteverde spa and within easy reach of Rome or Florence. It is also conveniently located for day trips to important art cities such as Assisi, Perugia, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d'Orcia and Siena, and the villa offers wonderful views of the enchanting Monte Amiata and the Valley of Rigo.

The property is composed of the main house plus a cottage. The two houses have been completely restored maintaining original features of a countryside villa. The two houses are also suitable for groups who can use the common area, the lounge and dining room in the main house.

Main house (180 sq. m - 8 sleeps):
Ground floor: living room with dining area with fireplace, kitchen, one bathroom (with shower) and a store room.

First floor: one double bedroom(with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with tub), one double bedroom (with double bed) with bathroom (with shower), two twin bedrooms , one bathroom (with shower).

Cottage (100 sq. m - sleeps 4): living room with fireplace and kitchenette, one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one twin bedroom , one bathroom (with shower), large loft with living area (mezzanine floor).

On the ground floor there is access for disabled people, however there is no bathroom with appropriate standards (only the door is large enough for a wheelchair, but no shower or toilet).

Outdoor: swimming pool (6mx12m - depth 1.40m; open from June to September) exclusively for guest use, is set in a beautiful panoramic position and is exclusively used by guests.
