Its position on the hill allows the property to have stunning views over Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio. Casa Bassa is conveniently located about 9km from the A1 Autostrada, yet it is totally peaceful. It is ideal for day trips to places like Orvieto, Todi, Montepulciano, Chiusi, Siena, Perugia, Florence to name just a few. The house itself is very light and bright with doors opening onto patios with lovely views. Every detail has been chosen with great care to provide the feel of countryside living with the luxury of modern facilities.
