Villa San Biagio welcomes you to Città della Pieve in Umbria with a spacious 440 m² villa, perfect for up to 14 guests. Recently renovated, the property is set in the peaceful countryside between Umbria and Tuscany, offering an exclusive retreat focused on relaxation and privacy.



The villa features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped shared kitchen. There are 3 king size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, video on demand, washing machine, dryer, dedicated workspace, gym, library, games, and a private hot tub. Enjoy stunning lake and mountain views that enhance the atmosphere.



Outside, you’ll find a private garden, balcony, covered terrace, and open terrace. The private outdoor pool provides a refreshing oasis. The pool is open from June to the end of September, weather permitting. Additional features include an outdoor shower and private barbecue.



There are 4 shared parking spaces on site. Only one pet is allowed. Please note that events are not permitted on the property unless with written agreement.

wonderful stay in a stunning place

Pros: My wife & myself loved everything about this house! From what it looked, the house has been recently fully renovated. All bedrooms are spacious & nicely decorated. There are 3 living rooms! we spent an evening playing cards in the library. The pool area is very pleasant, the view of the valley is absolutely magical! The historical village of Citta della Pieve is only 5-10 min away by car. Supermarket is close by! We will definitely stay longer next time. Cons: nothing! everything was perfect
