Letizia is superb! very attentive very clean linens, very clean air and great A/C, great suggestions provided by Letizia. Great location for a taste of Italian culture, and get to the center 20-30 min walk.

Letizia was the most helpful host! The apartment was clean and exactly as described. It had an elevator and A/C, super important during the heat wave they were having. The apartment is a little further out from city center whoch ended up working out since it was less crowded.There are great places to eat within walking distance and catching the train was easy. 10/10 Would absolutely recommend.

Location was great. It met all the basic needs for my son and and my husband while they were on the last leg if their amazing Father/Son trip (AC Milan match!!). They were on a budget, so this was budget friendly for Milan. The communication with the host was excellent.

Letizia was an amazing host, check in was very swift and she was immensely helpful with informing us about the area. The location was great as well, public transport was nearby and we were able to take the metro all over Milan. Letizia’s recommendations were amazing! Small apartment in a great location. Down sides were a fair bit of street noise at night or very early in the morning and poor water pressure. However, our stay was otherwise comfortable and the host was very responsive and had many recommendations.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Letizia's apartment. I appreciated that she came to personally meet us, show us around the unit, and give us local recommendations. Her communication was also quite good - I have been having issues getting push notifications from the app, and she reached out via text to check in on our arrival when she didn't hear back from me.A couple of pieces of constructive criticism:- The floors could have been cleaner. We noticed our sock feet picking up hair and the like. Feels like an easy fix, and of course, when you pay a cleaning fee you expect the unit to be very clean.- The headline of the listing made me believe the unit overlooked the canal itself, which is not the case - it doesn't even face the canal. This was not a huge issue at all, especially given that there is a busy road parallel to the canal, but it might be nice to add a bit more detail to the property description to make that clear.

Dockside studio had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Milan. The apartment is small but the sofa bed was really comfy and easy to put together, and the apartment had everything we needed. Communication and the check in process was easy. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see in Milan. Would stay there again.

We were very happy with our stay. The location is first class, within walking distance of both the central area (Duomo, Fashion Quadrilateral) and to the south a youthful and vibrant neighbourhood. Food markets are conveniently located and we found a great vegetable/fruit shop on the Corso Cristofora Columbo in the direction of the Porta Genova Metro station. And public transportation (the Metro) is super convenient, both from the Milano Centrale railway station and from Linate Airport. Letizia was extremely flexible in the timing of welcoming us to the apartment. Thanks again.

Perfect Spot

Great location. A bit dated. Letizia was wonderful when we arrived as the heat wasn't working so she brought us a space heater and had it repaired by the following afternoon. The location is great with restaurants nearby and a lovely market by the river on Friday nights.

Highly recommend!

The pictures/listing is accurate. The beds were comfortable, the apartment super clean, easy checkin and a truly unbeatable neighborhood. Letizia was quick to respond, gave some awesome recommendations and was very accommodating. I will book again if I am back in Milan!
