This is a lovely little property, ideal for 2 people for a few days. It is located in the Macarena area of Seville, so it is walkable into town or there is a bus stop just outside the property. The owner is very helpful and friendly and even let us stay longer on our check out day, which was very kind.

Apartment was small, but had everything that we needed for our stay and was conveniently located. Hosts were on-premise and very responsive, and friendly.I take off one star only because the hot water heater was very small, which made it difficult for both me and my partner to take showers without running out of hot water -- be aware that two or more people will either have to take very quick showers or give time for the hot water heater to recover.

Nice, newly remodeled apartment

First, Jose was awesome to communicate with. He actually offered us the slightly larger apartment he also owns in the building, which worked out really well.The apartment is newly remodeled and very clean. Like many places in Europe, it is small, but very adequate. The bathroom is a tight fit, but I am tall (6'1"), but it worked.Parking is challenging and we ended up parking in the garage at the nearby hospital, which was a short walk. The bus stops right in front of the building so it is easy to pick up if needed.A very nice place with a great host who was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Malgré un accueil un peu rapide, l'appartement est bien agencé et pratique. Malheuresement l'annonce indiquait "Les options de stationnement sur place incluent un garage Parking sur place", ce qui est mensonger puisque le parking se fait dans la rue et nous avons tourné plus de 10mn avant de trouver une place dans une rue éloignée. C'était un critère essentiel dans notre choix, car le logement est assez éloigné du centre ville, ce qui obligeait soit à prendre la voiture, soit le bus.
