The apartment is fully equipped and ready to use (Wi-Fi, linens, TV, full kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and more)., offering all the comforts for a pleasant stay in the heart of Milan. It features:

Air conditioning in the double bedroom and living area – Although the apartment is not large, the smaller bedroom also stays cool, even though it does not have an air conditioning unit.

WEEKLY STAYS - Discount automatically applied by the system.

MONTHLY BOOKINGS - Discounted rate automatically applied by the system. A rental contract registration is required for stays longer than 28 nights. The registration fee (€150) is to be paid by the guest.

Upon arrival you will find:

✓ Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per guest)
✓ WELCOME KIT (initial supply): some laundry detergent pods, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, paper towels, 2–3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, and garbage bags
Once the initial supplies are used up, guests will need to provide their own.

GUEST REGISTRATION
You will receive a link via the VRBO chat to register each guest staying in the apartment, as required by law. It is important that this registration is completed before check-in.

➡️ CITY TAX : To be paid in cash upon arrival – payable to the City of Milan. The amount is €9.50 per person per night for the first 14 nights (minors, residents, and hospital patients are exempt).

✓ AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We offer transfer services to/from Malpensa, Linate, and Orio al Serio Bergamo airports.
