0️⃣ Ground floor: living room with a 55inch Smart TV with Netflix & fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher + microwave) and all the pots/pans, utensils etc that you could need.

1️⃣ First floor: Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and one bathroom.

- Garden: With garden furniture to relax when the weather is nice.

Free parking with allocated parking spot beside the property.

Belfast attractions are within walking distance:

- Belfast City Hall: <10 mins
- Queens University: c.14 mins
- Giants Causeway Tour Departure point is closeby (highly recommend the tour!!)

Additionally, there are supermarkets less than 3 mins away (Tesco, Centra) and with Central Belfast, Dublin Road & Botanic Avenue being very close, plenty of delicious restaurants!
