Azahara is a well maintained complex in the heart of Nueva Andalucia and it is a quiet family oriented community. This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all neighbours respect nearby houses.
This ground floor apartment with southeast orientation has great views and walking distance to nearby amenities in Aloha. Its has a bright open plan kitchen/ living room with a covered terrace and a staircase down to a second sun terrace.Both the bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes and there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The apartment has a central air conditioning system and Wifi as well as smart TV for streaming.
The pool is a large saltwater pool surrounded by Aloha golf and the garden. Sun beds and parasols are provided by the community. Opening hours for the pool area in this community is between 10:00-22:00 - All year aroundRestaurants and other amenities are only a few minutes away. Nearest beach or Puerto Banus is 5-6 minute drive from this apartment by car. There is a bus stop right outside on the street that goes down to to the port.
