9 Oceanside consists of a third-floor apartment with an open-plan living space with kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining space for four, and a sitting area with TV, balcony with furniture, plus mezzanine snug. The bedrooms consist of Double ensuite and a twin, serviced by a family bathroom. Parking in chargeable car park 400m from property plus roadside parking in street outside subject to space, restricted to 1 hour mid-March - end October. Within 0.2 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Note: While every effort is made to keep the balcony tidy, the sea birds are impossible to manage, so inevitable debris is to be expected occasionally.
