Had a family long weekend stay here. Was perfect close to everything right on the beach,shower was amazing cant thank the host enough.. will definitely be coming back in the future.
A spacious, comfortable and well equipped apartment in a central location, very convenient for the beach and coast path. Particularly convenient for the lovely below.
Amazing apartment, view out bay window was my favourite, beautiful garden out the back. Only slight problem was a plumbing noise in the bathroom which kept my husband awake at night, it didnt bother me and i would stay again.
You couldn't need much more for a visit to Combe Martin!Check in and out easy, kitchen has everything you need if wanting to cook. Bath and steam shower lovely, beautiful views of the (very close!) beach and a parking permit! Host very attentive and the welcome goodies were scoffed within the first 5 minutes.
Amazing time at this clean, well placed apartment. The apartment had everything a family would need for a holiday away from home. A welcome basket which was thoughtful touch and extremely clean. The location is perfect by the beach and a short drive to all Exmoor has to offer. Will definitely recommend this property :)
We loved this place. Very homely with everything you could need. We were mesmerised by the view from the front room and all enjoyed the shower. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, cracking views and above all.....the most amazing shower!!!!
Lovely flat with a really nice welcome basket. Not far from llfracombe.
In Combe Martin it can be quiet in the evenings as the cafes are closed, pubs and local shop is open.
Lovely ice cream shop called Sugar Rush, definitely worth a visit.
Great communication from Julie, flat was perfectly clean and larger than we were expecting. All the beds were super comfy, all the kitchen equipment you could need. A lovely welcome basket and even a pint of milk in the fridge. Couldn’t be much nearer the beach and easy parking nearby. A local pub and shops have everything you could need within 100m of the property. The cafe even delivered breakfast up to us on a plate instead of us waiting. Easy drive to plenty of other beaches, we’d happily return!
Once again, a lovely welcome pack.Beautiful flowers and of course “home made” marmalade.Not even the rain put us off enjoying our stay.Such a friendly peaceful place made more enjoyable by the excellent apartment and facilities
What a great property, had everything we needed. Just a short walk to shops and beach!! Be warned though, car parks get full early and you could wait for ages to park if you leave your space, (permit supplied by house for parking, another bonus!) In summer! GREAT SHOWER!!
The apartment itself is nice. Well laid out, good view of the bay. The apartment is actually the upstairs to the ‘The Harbour’ cafe and access is through a small side passageway that was sometimes blocked with rubbish bins. Once passed these you’ll have to climb a steep flight of concrete steps which lead you to the rear entry door. Not too much of an issue but not ideal. I would advise those with young to think carefully before deciding.The only other thing I’d make you aware of is the regular wofts of cooking smells which emit through a cooking vent from the ground floor cafe and situated feet from your apartment entry door at ground level.
