About this property

2 Bed in Lynton (oc-s33456)

This pretty cosy cottage is a stone’s throw from the independent shops, galleries and eateries where you can enjoy a morning stroll and coffee and breakfast before the start of your new day. Walkers will be spoilt for choice with the Valley of the Rocks on their doorstep, which is part of the South West Coast Path. You can also access the Tarka Trail or take a trip down to Lynmouth on the funicular cliff railway and walk along Watersmeet with the bubbling river along the way. Enjoy a night at the Lynton Cinema, one of the UK’s smallest, seating just 68 people or indulge in the excellent range of dining choices including two pubs, an Indian takeway, Thai, Tapas and Italian. Take a trip to the North Devon beaches, such as Woolacombe (12 miles), where you can enjoy a choice of surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding or just a walk on the golden sands. Looking for a bit of adventure? Why not head down to Watermouth Bay, where they offer lessons in coasteering and other activities?

As you step into this pretty cottage, you will immediately appreciate the care and attention to detail. With an open plan kitchen and lounge where you can enjoy cooking a favourite meal and dining together. Spend the evening sat in front of the cosy wood burner watching a favourite movie on the Smart TV. There is a separate shower room and WC, which also contains a washing machine. Head upstairs to a delightful, bright and airy snug room with a sumptuous sofa to enjoy a book. This leads to two bedrooms, a king-size bedroom, a twin room and a further shower room with WC. From the first floor, there are doors that lead onto a small balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy a favourite beverage.

Within 100 metres, there is a lovely walk around North Walk Hill where you can enjoy stretching your legs with your four-legged friend. There is unallocated on-street parking as well as a public car park 50 metres away from the property.
