Family friendly resort with 2 BR/2 BA suites just 1 1/2 blocks off the Strip

Two-bedroom suite accommodation in Las Vegas offering 900 sq ft of generous living space and can accommodate up to six guests. Two-bedroom suite has a king size pillow-top bed in one private bedroom with attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a second bathroom across the hall. A queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room accommodates additional guests. Complete with a private balcony/patio, dining area and fully appointed kitchen.

The timeshare reservation cost of $17.50 is included in the amount you would pay HomeAway directly.

- For reservations made within 14 days of arrival, for a length of 2 to 6 nights: There is no housekeeping fee.
- For reservations made more than 14 days from the time of arrival: There is an additional $124.72 housekeeping fee which you will be paying at the time of checkout, which you should budget for. This is independent on the length of your stay. You can inquire in advance as to whether that would apply to your particular timeframe.

- When checking in at the front desk of the resort, you will provide your name, identification, and a credit card, to secure the *refundable* $250 security deposit until you check out.

You won't need your reservation number in order to check in, but it's a good idea to have it handy.
As mentioned, when it is time to leave (by 10am), check back at the front desk in order to pay the $124.74 housekeeping fee (if applicable, if now is 14+ days from your arrival) and return your electronic keys.
